What Prizerv is.

Three conversations that end in writing about you, and a journal that carries them into the ordinary days afterwards.

01 · Being
Who am I?
Discovering your true self

Before any plan or any next step, a long conversation about what you value, what energises you, and the patterns you keep repeating across how you live. It ends in a written portrait of you. Not a type and not a score: prose, about you, that you keep.

02 · Doing
Where am I today?
An as-is assessment of alignment

A clear-eyed accounting of the life you are actually living: work, choices, relationships, habits. It ends in a measured read of the six things a life needs, and it names where how you live and who you are have come apart.

03 · Becoming
Where could I be tomorrow?
Expanding into your potential

The future, designed from what the first two conversations found: what to repair, what to reach for, and what it must not cost you. It ends in small, low-risk experiments you can actually run.

And then, the journal
The three conversations end. This is what carries on.

It opens having already read all three, so it is not a blank page asking how your day was. It asks one question a day, chosen from what it already knows about you. Write or do not; tomorrow it asks something else.

Over weeks it reads back across what you have written and tells you what keeps returning. It will not do that until there is enough writing to be honest about, and it says so rather than finding a pattern in three entries.

It is open. It is not finished.

What this is, and is not

Prizerv is an early test version, shared by invitation.

It is not therapy, counselling or medical care, and it is not a personality test. Psychologists designed the framework the conversations follow, but no psychologist reviews your session or your report.

The conversations and the reports are led by an AI. Treat them as a starting point for reflection rather than a verdict, and do not make important life decisions on them alone.

What it is: a structured system, built carefully, for people who want to think about themselves clearly.
